He listens to what you want and shows you appropriate properties.  Given that all the major real estate agents on the island advertise their properties with each, there really is no need to have more than one realtor. 

Buying property on Roatan as a foreign national is MUCH easier than in so many other places, which is a large part of why the island is becoming so popular. To buy anything up to 3 quarters of an acre can be done in your own name.  After that you need to create a Honduran corporation.
