The weather in Roatan is same as any northern hemisphere country, winter or rainy season is November - February.  Rainy season does mean RAINY season.  Many people come here thinking that at most there will be a couple of hours of rain every day - WRONG!  It can rain for weeks on end non stop with nobody doing much diving.  It can also be beautiful during those months, usually storms only last 2/3 days but don't say I didn't warn you!  March, April, May are the nicest times to visit, September and October are nice too, June, July, August is hot.
